  Our teams are covered for workplace injury, with the certificate available to clients on request.

  We work to the recognised Namibian construction industry standards for tendering, contracting and site practice.

Health and safety is planned before we mobilise and audited on site throughout the build.

• Site-specific safety plan

  A written health and safety plan, risk assessment and method statement is issued before any work starts.

• PPE and toolbox talks

  Weekly

  Personal protective equipment is issued and controlled, and teams hold recorded toolbox talks at the start of each week.

• Incident register

  Near-misses and incidents are logged, investigated and closed out with corrective action recorded.

• First aid and emergency response

  Supervisors hold first aid training, and emergency procedures and contact details are displayed on site.

• Plant and equipment inspections

  Machinery and lifting equipment are inspected and maintained, and operated only by licensed operators.

• Public and occupant protection

  Barriers, signage and controlled access protect the public and occupants where work continues around them.

Every trade is delivered by competent, supervised specialists — and certified where the law requires it.

  Skilled tradespeople are supervised by a site manager who signs off each stage of the work against specification.

• Electrical and plumbing compliance

  Registered practitioners

  Regulated electrical and plumbing work is carried out by registered practitioners and certified on completion where required.

  Engineer-specified detail

  Foundations, slabs and structural elements are built to engineer-specified detail, with testing records where specified.

• Municipal and site compliance

  Local authority

  We build to approved drawings, arrange inspections, and clear waste and reinstate sites to municipal requirements.
